Wayne Laing has always applied his passion, knowledge, and experience in wine to business. He opened and managed Wine Underground and saw it flourish as one of the premier wine shops in Baltimore. Hoping for an even closer connection to his oenophile customers, Wayne sold Wine Undeground in 2008 and began plans for 13.5% Wine Bar.
