Farmers' Market Menu

A dreary Sunday in Baltimore, but at the very least it isn't raining.

Each week Chef searches for fresh local ingredients to work into a special 3 course menu. The menu is driven by what the local farmers bring to market, so look for fresh ingredients with clean simple preparation to highlight just what the Baltimore area has to offer. Truely a localvore's delight.

Here at 13.5% we move into the second week of our Sunday Farmer Market Menu; Rhubarb Salad, Gunpowder Bison Sliders, and Apple Cake.

3 Courses for $20

Starter:

Rhubarb Salad

  • Spring mixed Greens with sorrel, with Rhubarb Orange Brown Sugar dressing.

A "Noble" Tasting

For our next guest wine tasting, we are inviting Ethan Lavin of Noble Vintners to the bar Saturday April 17th from 3-6pm. Ethan has been one of our primary suppliers of premium level Domestic Wines. So he is bringing with him a few favorites that have good track records here so far, and is also looking forward to showing off a couple new items as well.

So stop by between 3 and 6 on April 17th, no reservations necessary, and there will be some great specials on the wines which we'll be offering by the glass, by the bottle, or retail to take home with you.
