Reservations and Large Groups

13.5% Wine Bar does not take reservations for groups of 2-10 people. However, if you are interested in having space reserved for a larger group, we can do so based on a required spending minimum for the reserved area. This minimum will be based upon the amount of space you need reserved, the time and day of your reservation, and the number of guests in your party. All minimums quoted are for a 2-hour event. Additional time in the reserved area is subject to an additional per person price per half hour.

* Friday and Saturday reservations are only available for events completed by 6pm. We are not able to accommodate parties over 40 on any night unless the entire wine bar is reserved. Total Buy-Out food and beverage minimums are as follows:

All minimums are based on food and beverage spending. Tax and 18% gratuity are additional. All reservations and wine bar buy-outs are secured with a valid credit card. Buy-out cancellations are subject to a charge depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. All bills are to be paid in full at the end of an event/reservation. Unfortunately we are unable to process more than one payment method for any one event. Separate guest checks are not available.

Beverage Only Packages

Food and beverage packages are based on 2 hours of service. Additional service time may be available for an additional charge.

Chestnut
On a budget? While this package is sure to impress, it also won’t break the bank. In this package your guests will have access to a basic selection of red and white wines by the glass, a selection of bottled and draft beer, rail liquor and soft drinks. Specific selections are subject to change.

$15 per person for two hours

Keswick
This is your Wine Only beverage package. This package enables your guests to choose from a majority of our wines that we offer by the glass, and a predetermined list of bottled selections as well. (Two bottled selections open at any one time)

$20 per person for two hours
$5 per person per additional half hour

Hickory
This is a slightly more luxurious package. Your guests will have access to all 40+ wines that we offer by the glass, all of our draft beers, the majority of our bottled beer selection, full bar (excluding top shelf brands) and soft drinks. Specific selections are subject to change.

$6 per person per additional half hour

The Avenue
$50 per person

This package offers a wine tasting and class for a region of your choice. Our General Manager will work with you to plan the tasting around your preferences. Each session covers a tasting of 5-10 wines, an outline of the class lesson taught by our General Manager, and a sampling of cheese to pair with your wine. It is truly a wonderful event , perfect for any occasion from business to pleasure. Each session is approximately two hours. Food and beverage minimums apply.

You can also customize your event by ordering items individually. Prices are based on a two hour service window. Pricing for food items is as follows and must accompany a beverage package.
