    This Sunday, March 27th, Cris Jacobs from local indie rockers The Bridge will be holding court and playing from 6-9pm.  Cris has been on tour as of late fresh off the release of The Bridge's new album "National Bohemian."  Here is what the band has to say of their new release:

  • Italian Wine & Cheese Tour

    Join us for a delicious and enlightening exploration of Italian tastes as Chef Sarah Acconcia (yep, she's Italian) leads you through four wine and cheese pairings.

    "Learning" will be optional, but enjoyment is assured as we discuss how location and tradition can translate into compatibility or conflict.

    Consider this light repast a moderate supper, or continue on with us for dinner proper.

  • St. Patty's Day

    Sure, the Chef's last name is Italian, but as our menu suggests,we bear no cultural allegiance when it comes to food and we love the Irish Holiday as much as any wine bar can.

    So, in celebration of St. Patty's Day, we're running a few pertinent specials from Thursday through the weekend, or until we've exhausted all our resources.

    Choucroute-sauerkraut with hunter sausage, corned beef,potatoes and mustard cream sauce... a French variation on corned beef & cabbage! All made in house!

    Having made out way through the enjoyable mania and unforeseen challenges of Friday and Saturday, we're ready to switch things up a bit and Sunday is typically the right pace for us to do so. Chef Sarah sources seasonal items from local farmers to put together a 3 course menu at a great price. Here's a sample:

    Saturday Tastings are Back!

     

    Friend and local Italian wine aficionado Filippo Lapides, of Wine Wave, will be joining 13.5% this Saturday August 28th 3-6pm.

    With many years in the wine industry and extensive friends and family still in Italy, Filipo is a regular font of knowledge regarding Italian wine and culture.

    As with all our tastings it's a great free way to try some new wines, expand your palette, and have a great time.

    Author Tori Holly Walker comes to 13.5% for the release of her book Such is Life. An outlet of self expression for Tori, the poems and short stories in Such is Life run the full gamut of this thing called Life.

    6 foot Golf umbrellas seem to be the way to go today. 3 have walked past 13.5% in the last 30 minutes as it is. Rain rain and more rain however did not stop Chef Sarah from making it to the I-83 Market today returning with some beautiful vegetables for this weeks Market Menu:
