Spring Menu at 13.5%
The signs of Spring came early this year. Trees went from bud to flower to leaf in record time, leaving in their wake some beautiful days. Following behind the outward signs of spring, all sorts of fresh local produce has begun appearing at Farmers' Markets and local stores.
Warm weather has brought us beautiful Eastern Shore Asparagus, Peas, Leafy greens, and tall red stalks of Rhubarb. As we move from Spring to Summer be sure to keep checking back and seeing what local foods we are rolling into our specials.
Spinach Salad
Young Spinach greens tossed with a brown sugar orange Rhubarb dressing, and topped with Southern style cornbread croutons.
Stout-Braised Short Ribs
Tender and moist beef short ribs on top of young Eastern Shore Asparagus with Spring Onions and Jus.
Duck Tacos
Starting with a confit duck leg and blending together a Red Onion Jam, crema, Cilantro and Corn Tortillas.
