13.5% has entered the Summer months with a whole schlew of new wines, food, and beers.

Charcuterie being made in House

Watermelon & Tomato Salad

Fresh Tomatos going into the Pizzas

Seared Foie Gras is on the Menu

Mustard Crusted Lamb Chops

Smoked Eggplant Lasagna

and Semolina Cake with Roasted Peaches and Buckwheat Honey Ricotta to finish it off. 

 

Beer:

Dark rich, and very high ABV Dogfish Head Palo Santo has made an appearance
